Parasozhyt
A downloadable game for Windows
The biological warfare program of the Soviet Union has reached its magnum opus. Experiment 917 in one of the Biopreparat network's facilities has finished growing. Aimed to be released behind enemy lines, 917 (named "Parasozhyt") can take over the bodies of soldiers and use them to wreak havoc. Soon after it runs out of hosts, it dies, preventing capture or the possibility of turning on its creators.
However, you care little about allegiances. You are a creature of hunger and violence, being kept captive in an underground laboratory. Once you break out, you're forever on borrowed time. But that freedom may be better than staying in a jar, and besides, this facility is full of fresh bodies.
Parasozhyt is a fast-paced, endless corridor shooter, featuring:
- Constantly Evolving, Constantly Dying Gameplay: Every host has a timer before death, forcing players into an intense loop of body-hopping and improvisation under pressure.
- Dual-Perspective Control System: Switch seamlessly between the parasite’s crawling and launching, and a combat mode by possessing them.
- Dynamic Host-Based Combat: Your abilities and weapons change with every host type, making each possession a tactical decision.
- Procedurally Varied Combat Arenas: Modular room generation ensures every run through the lab feels different.
